Birth Doula Support

As your Birth Doula, I’m here to support you in having the birth YOU want! I offer my guidance when you want it and hold space when you don’t. I always provide support and advocacy, making sure you feel empowered and nurtured throughout your childbirth journey. I’ll offer comfort measures during labor, advocate for your birth preferences when needed and help you navigate this profound experience with confidence and peace of mind.

What to Expect:
1-2 Prenatal Visits: We'll hang out and chat about your birth plan, making sure it matches what you want and need. By the end, you'll feel prepared and ready for the big day.
On-Call Support: Starting at 38 weeks, you'll have me on call 24/7. Got a question or concern? Just shoot me a text, email, or call, and I'll be there for you.
Continuous Labor Support: When labor starts, I'll be right by your side. I'll help keep things calm and cozy, showing you comfort measures, breathing techniques, and pain management tips to make things easier for you.
Advocacy: I'll make sure your birth plan and preferences are respected. Your voice will be heard, and I'll be there to support your choices.
Cesarean Birth Support: If you need a C-section and the anesthesiologist is ok with it, I'll be in the OR with you for emotional support, helping you feel safe and cared for.
Immediate Postpartum Support: After your baby arrives, I'll stay with you for 1-2 hours to help you settle in and start bonding with your little one.
Postpartum Home Visit: Once you're home, I'll come by for a visit to offer more support, answer any questions, and help you adjust to life with your new baby.
Our prenatal visits will last about 60-90 minutes, and the postpartum home visit will be around 90 minutes.

As your Sibling Doula, I’m here to provide loving, attentive care for your children while you focus on bringing your new baby into the world! I’ll engage with your little ones through age-appropriate activities, offer emotional support when they need it, and ensure their routines are kept as seamless as possible. I’ll be a steady presence during this special time, helping your children feel secure, included, and cared for while your family grows.

Meet & Greet Session: Before the big day, I’ll spend about 60 minutes with your children to get to know them and build trust. This session helps ensure they feel comfortable with me and excited about their important role as big siblings.
On-Call Support: Starting at 37 weeks, I’ll be on call 24/7 to provide care whenever labor begins. Whether it’s the middle of the night or during the day, I’ll be ready to support your family.
Loving Sibling Care During Labor: While you’re focused on bringing your baby into the world, I’ll care for your children. I’ll engage them in age-appropriate activities, provide emotional reassurance, and maintain their routines to keep things calm and familiar.
Inclusion in the Birth Experience: If desired, I’ll help your children participate in the birth experience in a way that feels right for your family, fostering connection and excitement.

What to Expect: Sessions begin with getting to know each other. Once you feel comfortable, we will visit your birth story and walk through each moment together, labeling, feeling, and processing it.
Through our heartfelt conversations and my gentle guidance, we'll work together to find closure, clarity, and healing, allowing you to move forward with confidence on your journey.
